You may choose to send us your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message. The contact form on this website opens your email application; it does not submit or store the form contents on our website.
Please do not send patient records, protected health information, financial account details, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive data through the contact form or ordinary email. Project data should only be transferred after appropriate safeguards and a separate agreement are in place.
Information collected when you visit
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics on this website.
The site does not currently set optional advertising or analytics cookies. A hosting provider or browser may use strictly necessary technical storage as part of delivering the site.
